As for the Op's question, I like Coke for the same reason others have given. Pepsi is too sweet and with less carbonation it almost tastes flat.

I always preferred Pepsi. Once I got old and fat I switched to Diet Coke, and since then, Coke Zero. I really hardly drink any soda anymore, anyway.

My favorite soda is Stewart's Black Cherry Wishniak but of the colas it's non hfcs Coke for me. More carbonation and less sweetness is my preference.

I don't drink either very often, but chose Coke. It has slightly better flavor and Pepsi upsets my stomach for some reason.
