Lunch the past couple of days has been yellowfin tuna straight from the pouch (i.e. not made into tuna salad), sprinkled liberally with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and scooped up with pita chips. Looks like cat food, tastes great.
I love to snack on what I'm eating right now. I take a pita and cover it with cheddar cheese. I then put it under the broiler on Low so it doesn't burn. I leave it in there until the cheese is a little crispy. Some salt and pepper and YUM. There goes another cheese toast!!!
PS, You have to put it on a pizza stone for it to come out right.
Back about 5 years ago I worked in a pet store and they had these awesome dried chicken breasts for dog treats. The label said "Human grade chicken" so I didn't see a problem with eating them. They were like really, really, dry chicken jerky and I loved them. (ETA they were called "chicken tenders".)
The other employees thought I was completely nuts.
Now I work next door to a pet shop and they have a very similar product and I am really tempted to go buy some. LOL

It's like cake croutons.
I love the stuff that sticks to the sides of an angel cake pan.
Which, sad to say, I haven't enjoyed since I started paying for my own dental care.
