Rack of lamb with roasted baby Yukon gold potatoes.
No, wait, my mother's Sicilian baked ziti.
Wait, it's the broiled shellfish extravaganza from my favorite seafood restaurant.
No, definitely the Truffle & Mushroom Fettuccini from one of my favorite Italian restaurants (I've been very close to licking that plate clean on several occasions)
Ughh!! Why does it have to be only ONE?!?!

I can't pick one either. There's probably a dozen more things I'd list
broiled lobster with garlic butter to dip in. Mussels in garlic wine sauce. The salt and pepper calamari from our favorite vietnamese restaurant. The hot fried spicy wings from the same place (to die for, our table seriously ate 18 of them last week, we only stopped because the main course arrived)...
They are not meatballs. They are cottage cheese and vegetable dumplings stuffed with nuts , fried and cooked in a tomato-yoghurt based sauce..Yummyyyy..
It is called "Malai Kofta". It is an Indian dish.
One of my favorites too! I wish that I was a better Indian cook!
Fondue has not been mentioned...plenty of Swiss cheese, garlic and wine...my microwave,
midnight cheat-treat once a year!
Yogurt was mentioned:
Vanilla yogurt is my downfall...so I can't buy it, just sayin'!!!
