also, Aligator, Deer, Pheasant, chukar partridge, Black bear, wild duck, tree rats...

I'd never eat eagle or grasshoppers except in extreme survival needs.

I've eaten most on that list, but am curious if anyone is going to show up saying they've had eagle. Come on.

To my knowledge I have never had Eagle or Whale. I tend to eat pretty much what is put in front of me and some meats I have had have been "mystery" ones ! Most have been tasty though.

Whale may or may not be tasty. When I grew up, whale was cheap and used as a substitute for other meats. If unlucky, it tasted like fish oil. These days it's rare, very expensive and of course very politically uncorrect. But the whale carpaccio I had at a birthday party recently was awesome!

I have never some across eagle and that's fine. Raindeer is nice though.

I'm curious for those who have consumed 'goat', what does it taste like?

Why do you put goat in quotes? Are you referring to something other than the animal?

Goat (the animal) is the most popular meat in the world! Especially popular places like the Middle East, Caribbean, and Africa. Probably because they are easy to breed and don't need much land.

The taste is kind of like mutton.
