Eagle?????huh...I know that where I live the Native Americans eat; blue jay, meadow larks, snake, blackbirds and even sparrows...
As for me: wild duck, pheasant, quail and dove is it for me re: birds.

Ive got some not on your list. Seal,, Dolphin, Camel, Guinea Pig, Caribou, Squirrel, Bear, and Alligator. Also Rabbit, which is sold in my local supermarket. You also forgot Deer and Wild Hog.
Also, numerous birds, such as Ptarmigan, and penguin-like Murre, and a tiny migratory songbird that is harvested in Cyprus. Wild duck, goose and pheasant. Emu.
No idea what I ate in Vietnam, only the insect larva were whole and identifiable. In Chile, virtually everything that can be grabbed underwater is eaten, including live barnacles and sea urchins. I've eaten Shark and Piranha, a sort of payback, I guess.

In addition to the ones I voted for on your list, I've also had ostrich, crocodile, alligator, warthog, and impala.
