Warm apple pie with pistachio or vanilla ice cream over it. And an espresso after. Im talking the REAL home-style apple pie with the hint of cinnamon. Always my favorite.

Oooooo....forgot about Key Lime pie for some reason..mmmmm...has to be good, and REAL key lime pie though. AND REAL whipped cream. But I'd skip the maraschino cherry. NOT real. (seriously, what ARE maraschino cherries? Did they used to be real cherries at one point?)

i like a lot of desserts but when i was a kid we would always go to this restaurant and get the california mud pie. its pretty simple and pretty awesome. its an orea cookie crust, filled with coffee ice cream, topped with a thick layer of fudge and a nice amount of whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top. i loved it and i made one about a year ago and i loved it again. the restaurant is no longer around. i always think about making another one but so far havent.

OK...another favorite of mine is my homemade pound cake with fresh strawberries (with a little sugar for the sauce) and whipped cream - homemade strawberry shortcake always delicious and refreshing in the summer

And in the winter - warm apple pie (with cinnamon and crisp!) with vanilla ice cream

I love dessert. Give me a slice of warm apple pie with warm vanilla sauce, plain creme brulee, homemade strawberry shortcake, ricotta cheesecake, homemade pound cake with vanilla buttercream icing, key lime pie, Jewish apple cake, homemade ice cream, homemade cinnamon buns, and ice cold lemon meringue pie. My grandmother's chocolate layer cake, all 12 layers, or her homemade orange cake with all the layers, or her red velvet cake. I could go on and on because dessert is my favorite.

I love desserts; what I really don't like are desserts with so much sugar added it actually masks what they are supposed to taste like.

Tiramisu is my all-time favorite, and I like mille-feuille too.

I also love desserts with ricotta. My favorite is ricotta/orange tart (with candied oranges and orange blossom water, on an almond crust), and almost every dessert where chocolate and coffee are combined.

I must admit, that "Better Than Sex Cake" made with German Chocolate cake, covered with caramel topping, and whipped cream, with crushed Heath bars...that is really good stuff...I could eat that, or a Texas Fudge Cake, with vanilla ice cream.

Years ago, I used to make homemade peach ice cream, with pearches off of our tree, that were too ripe. That or fresh peach pie...yummy...

Yes. The Better Than Sex Cake is one of my very favorites. I also love creme brulee and homemade pound cake.
