None of the above. I haven't been exposed to any of those cuisines and haven't sought them out either. I'm not an adventurous person when it comes to trying new food.

I'll often be adventurous about trying new types of food...but once I find something I like, I stick with it.

Vietnamese, for example. For years, I had a little routine in San Jose, CA, when I did a lot of work there. There was a Vietnamese restaurant on Santa Clara Street there; I'd go there and have the Lemongrass Beef. Never tried anything else.

The last time I went there, they had installed a big screen TeeVee that blared what looked like a Vietnamese version of the Jerry Springer show REALLY LOUDLY throughout my meal. That was the last time I ate there.

Some of my favorites are not on there: Thai and Indian. My favorite is Moroccan.

But then there is a monastery in San Diego County that serves the best Vietnamese food, even better than the restaurants in San Diego. I miss their food since moving.

I LOVE Burmese. It's sooooo good. It seems like very few eateries for it exist...there is one near Temple med school in Philly. It's one of the only ones in PA-NJ-NY area.

Ethiopian is one that is on my list that I haven't gotten around to.

I don't live in an area that has any of those foods ! If I went to a city where there were restaurants like that my wife and I would be like Ma and Pa Kettle in the big city for the first time ! ("Hey Ma look at that !" and "Hey Pa what the heck is that ?") Unless we want to drive for an hour all we have is a ratty little hot spring hotel with no menu, (just eat what they make that day), or a lousy cafe with bad food and an older couple who bicker with each other in front of you while you eat ! That's the price a food lover pays when moving to the boonies !

I have tried just about all from the list - I had the pleasure of sampling Turkish food in Turkey. Wow.

My fave of the choices listed would have to be Cuban - good God do they know how to mix flavors! I am fortunate enough to have an excellent Cuban place about 5 minutes from my house.

Some others not listed - Peruvian, Chilean, Bolivian, Czech, Hungarian and Croatian. I can vouch for all of those .
