Mine is peanuts and raisins. They are really filling and if I eat them later in the afternoon I won't be hungary for supper. But they are healthy and taste good together.

At about 4 pm I crave a jolt of sugar sometimes. I like a cup of black coffee and 1 or 2 cookies.

I try to stay away from afternoon snacks, but if I have to splurg I grab a handful or 3 or nuts...

Mid morning snack if I do any: always cheese or ham and cheese..
