The cones don't seem to be as rich in taste as ice cream. But nevertheless they are good tasting. I am wondering because if the cones are ice milk they are less fatening than if they are ice cream. I think.

I think the stuff is crappy, but now they dip it in chocolate. That makes it a *bit* less awful.
My logic: When eating ice cream, eat the BEST ice cream out there. If there's any inkling that it's ice milk, you haven't looked hard enough for the good stuff.

LOL!!!
But, hey, if you like McDonald's cones, by all means eat them. I don't judge. Same with books -- I may not like what you read, but I'm happy that you're reading something. So, have that ice cream cone! Enjoy!
What does it mean? - OP was asking what the Ice Cream at McDonalds was made of - so I provided the list of ingredients from their webpage
another poster went a step further and pasted in the ingredients for their cone
they wondered if there would be a nutritional benefit from McDonalds ice cream to other ice creams .... so I put in the nutritional values from the McDonalds web page
since I don't know what her basis of comparison is I can't judge if it's a healthier option or not ... i have no idea what the OP eats ... so that is the "control" - what is the OP judging this to
from there the OP will have to do their own research and figure out which one fits what they want the best
The ones I get are soft serve like the DQ. Not hard ice cream but rather soft ice cream with a great handle. Years ago we bought ice milk by the half gallon. It was nothing like a McD's cone.
