Pizza without pepperoni (and sausage) , italian subs, antipasto, pepperoni bread, & pastries= Hell + I'd have to give up my heritage! I'm so fahklumpt I can't even think of all the uses for pepps!
The butcher smokes his own bacon. I get it cut about 1/4" thick. You'd really only need one piece, but I usually have 3 or 4. I love bacon. I'd have bypass surgery to eat bacon.
Love both. But bacon would win out no contest. Bacon is much more versatile. As yummy as pepperoni can be, at some point, I can easily imagine being pepperoni'd out (and pretty quickly at that). Bacon? I think it would take awhile to get there.
