SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Police in California said three women were issued public nudity citations for allegedly serving customers in a Vietnamese coffee shop while topless.
San Jose police said officers conducting a routine check of the Quyen Cafe at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday spotted the women, ages 22, 22 and 23, serving coffee while topless, and they were each issued a citation for public nudity and will have to appear in court, the San Jose Mercury News reported Friday.
The nudity doesn't bother me, but I'm surprised OSHA didn't get involved. Bare breast while serving hot coffee. If they get a license or permit to continue to operate as a topless coffee shop, then the board of health needs to ensure no servers work topless around the food and drinks while lactating.
On another note, it's one way for working men to wake up in the morning.

I agree on the gender discrimination issue, after all, they are not nude. Being topless is hardly breaking a law. I don't know why anyone has an issue with it...really, grow up, and find some real criminals. There are too many laws...people should be allowed to serve coffee topless if they want. And customers should be able to choose to go to topless coffee bars if they would like. I bet Starbuck's turned them in...
