Found it!!! I'm trying this tonight, with gluten free flour.
This was DELISH!! I didn't have enough mozz, so it was half mozz half cheddar on the bottom. After the meat/spaghetti sauce, I added a layer of pepperoni (instead of putting it IN the sauce) and another layer of sliced mushrooms. After 30 minutes it was no where near done in the middle ( I think it was the gluten free flour) but kinda done on the edges, so I turned it down to 350 and was planning on leaving it for another 10 minutes or so. Well, then the Packers were only up by 7 and the Chargers were marching down the field, so I had to watch the rest of that game, so it was probably 15 minutes more, and it was a little overdone. Instead of being melty the parmesan on top was browned. It was still very good. Thanks for the recipe!!
Sorry I have been MIA but still eating soft foods and not very interesting! I will be the happiest person around when this dental work is over and done.
I think we'll have some grilled chicken, fried leftover potatoes, and some fresh spinach. I made a pumpkin roll yesterday, so will most likely need to have some of it. This one might not make it into the freezer as planned.
I haven't decided yet. I have enough left overs in the fridge from the weekend, I could do tacos, or taco salad, or there's still leftover upside down pizza casserole....I guess it'll depend on which of those mr.cool ate for lunch.
