Oven broiled chicken tenders marinated in low sodium Dale's and some lemon pepper, black-eyed peas, peas and carrots, cornbread and a salad.

Tonight is tuna casserole. Before you go "yuck" let me say that ours is really good.

Tonight for dinner will be barbequed pulled pork sandwiches (from leftover pork tenderloin) with cole slaw and french fries. Chocolate pudding with whipped cream for dessert and sweet iced tea to drink.
