Friday night is alwasy "eat light night" I go to a bridge luncheon every Friday (of almost) We are having ceaser Salad topped with left over grilled steak and chicken...also Texas toast.
I got my thursday birthday wish for Chinese take-out. SOOO...
I'm thinking I will turn the leftover fried rice into Paella or jambulaya...
reheat in a wok or cast iron skillet with a variety of meat/seafood/veggies
cut up small and the spices needed for either

I never heard of pea salad until I moved here to Texas! Have to admit I didn't like it the one time I tried, not a fan of canned peas. The rest of the dinner sounds unbelievable though, don't hate me!!
SATX56: No need to use "canned" peas".. but pea salad is rare around here. Certainly not a fave of mine. Just trying to get some greens down the Gkid. The rest was frozen stuff for the oven. It was better than i thought it would be. Thanks!
Pizza Hut stuffed crust and hot wings planned if possible. Otherwise tomorrow night.
Hey Nomad ~ Are you getting the hot wings from Pizza Hut? I like their wings and I like how they look so bright orange....they almost look spray painted. ... Love the Pizza Hut pizza, too! Enjoy!
Today is DH birthday, so I am making pork chops, homemade mashed taters, black eyed peas, corn bread and tossed salad.
