Friday night is alwasy "eat light night" I go to a bridge luncheon every Friday (of almost) We are having ceaser Salad topped with left over grilled steak and chicken...also Texas toast.

I got my thursday birthday wish for Chinese take-out. SOOO...

I'm thinking I will turn the leftover fried rice into Paella or jambulaya...
reheat in a wok or cast iron skillet with a variety of meat/seafood/veggies
cut up small and the spices needed for either

Our own freshly made version of Olive Garden's minestrone soup.

Scratch chocoate cake with store bought vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Yes, we have an ice cream maker! We are just too lazy to do it this eve.
