A big pot of soup made with beef soup bones, onion, garlic, carrots, leeks, celery, red potatoes, cabbage, zucchini, great northern beans, and ditalini pasta served with whole wheat herb rolls.

a big bowl of soup that I made with fresh red onions, garlic, leeks, asparagus tips, carrots, celery, diced potatoes, sweet red peppers, and chicken broth.
I also had a sweet potato..a small one that I boiled and then peeled..
I also had 6 oz. of chicken breast.

Steak and Ale Stew with Dumplings , steamed Cauliflower and Baby Potatoes. I am just about coming out on the other side of almost 6 weeks of serious illness so my first proper cooked meal for a while !

Today is a super busy day with the kids home sick, eye appointments, dentist appointments and doctor's appointments. It will have to be something that can be put together quickly. I'm thinking potato and egg tacos or sandwiches.
