I don't know what the dinner is yet, but the dessert is planned. Homemade apple pie. I have a bushel of fresh picked local baking apples. Last night we had homemade Dutch apple cake. DH and I ate the whole thing first and had no room for dinner!
Mrs. Skeffington- excellent choice! We also have some apples that we're going to use to make baked apple crisp-mmmm!
Tonight's dinner will include a small portion of the 7 ham steaks that will be put out on the smoker today, in addition to the beef chuck roast and steak. They're currently in the refrigerator after I rubbed them last night, but not for long!

So that you only rubbed them "but not for too long!", did the genie still grant you your 3 wishes?
