leftover tater tot casserole and salad. Then off to the airport to pick up the daughter and her boyfriend!
Got home, looked in the fridge to get the tater tot casserole and pop it into the toaster oven, and couldn't find it. Asked hubby "Have you seen the tater tot casserole?" He says "Yeah. It was lunch." Me, "There was ONE hamburger in there, why didn't you eat THAT for lunch???" Him "I did. Along with the tater tot casserole." He ate lunch AND supper for lunch!!!
I took some of the chicken wings I was GOING to use for an appetizer tonight, put some Sweet Baby Ray's on them and put THEM in the toaster oven.
Tonight--smoked salmon, meatballs, lemon meringue pie, veggies and dip, crackers and cheese and hommus for the daughter. No wings.
(from 'previously-fresh' wild salmon that attempted to swim past my house).
To be enjoyed in front of the wood burning fireplace / furnace.
Nap later on Bear rug.
That sounds so delicious - I'm totally jealous.
