We are going to our daughter and son in laws, with our house guests: I think, because our weather is unseasonably warm they think it is the 4th of July. They are having hamburegers, brats and potato salad.
Tonight, I'll be making oven baked chicken parmesan. I don't think I'm going to serve it with pasta though. We're probably going to have sweet corn and green beans as side dishes.
Well, my plans sure changed! Grandson is taking his girlfriend to a movie, my dtr isn't feeling well, so DH and I are going out for dinner. We were given a Denny's gift card at Christmas, so I guess that's where I'm having dinner...
Wednesday: leftovers chicken and veg, maybe something for dessert? Cherry pie would be welcome....
