I'm eating leftover Chicken with homemade noodles and a Hershey's mint chocolate mini bar.

S.O. is still haveing gout flares and isn't hungry, so he's munching on a fruit bowl I made with tart cherries, fresh pineapple chunks, kiwi,strawberries and banana. Hopefully the fruit will help in a variety of ways. they're all supposed to be good for lowering uric acid levels associated with gout...

Tonight was spent at the Great Wall Chinese Buffet in Frisco, TX. There, I had some spicy mushroom chicken, peppered beef, fork-tender sesame chicken, broccoli shrimp, sweet and sour chicken and shrimp, one egg roll, fried rice, and iced tea.

Yellow corn tortillas, charred over an open flame, black bean paste, black beans, rice, corn, crumbled tofu simmered in a chili garlic oil/tomato/green onion sauce with cumin and smoked paprika, Mrs. Renfro's ghost pepper salsa, El Yucateco green habanero sauce, crumbled goat cheese.

According to the friend-of-a-friend who had them: "Oh my god, I'm a total carnivore, but if I could have you cook for me every day, I'd be a vegetarian." I'd take her up on that, she was a cutie...
