Scrounge tonight. No energy to cook anything and we lost a whole chest freezer worth of easy to fix foods due to a power outage last week. At least this time it wasn't stocked with beef tenderloin, leg of lamb, and lobster tails.

Pork tenderloin with roasted potatoes, carrots and mushrooms, whole kernel corn.

I chopped the leftovers and have a big pot of soup cooking for tomorrow night.

Honest to Goodness. I managed to spend $180+ for two weeks in a row for two people, I swear that for the next two weeks I must fix only what I already have! Pathetic.

I figured out dinner for hubby and me. I'm going to cook some spinach noodles, add butter and parm, and then spoon some of the heated broth and veggies from the veggie beef soup we had the other night over them. Warm, comforting, nutritious (VEGGIES), and soft enough for hubby to eat.
