It's Taco Tuesday. Corn tortillas, red snapper, shredded cabbage, etc.
I like this idea. I need to explore the idea of starting a 'Taco Tuesday' or maybe a 'Meatloaf Monday'. Sometimes I get tired of planning meals.
Oops, before I forget - tonight's dinner menu is leftovers. The family can take their pick from baked chicken, spaghetti bake, and skillet beef with hash browns along with a few leftover side dishes.

LOL my friends mom still has a regimented dinner schedule. everyday it's the same meal and she won't deviate. My friend is 40 now and she still has not changed. when he goes down to Florida to visit her and his dad he cooks because he can't stand her cooking. LOL
Cheeseburgers topped with havarti and garlicky spinach, sweet potato fries, and a salad.
