Nice detour from 3 weeks of Chinese stir-fries: Curried Chicken/Broccoli Bake,
Chicken Breasts Alfredo and Chicken with Sherry/Wine/Mushrooms.

Beginning to immerse myself in this fabulous Appetizer book, and made my first one: Chicken paste w/Ginger/Sour Cream/Mayonnaise/onions/water chestnuts.

Been looking for some high-protein snacks to take the edge off of hunger, nice thing, no clean up afterwards and I feel full after eating them.

There's even recipes to make your own crackers, which I'll try as well, as soon as I get a supply of sesame seeds!

OMG, this is so hard to believe. We do follow a reaginement for breakfast much of the time, I don't know why (even then we do change it occassionally) dinner is never the same. When the kids were little Sat night was always tacos or humburgers. The only thing you can count of with us now is: Fri night if I play bridge we eat very light, usually soup during the winter and salad during the summer and Sun is always a huge meal.
