Tonight is Friday, so probably take out from somewhere.
Katsy, the "goods" didn't look good at the Kenyan place -- it looked like it was a slow and off night -- so we went for Vietnamese instead. It was delicious.

something with pork (probably ribs) sweet potatoes and a new slaw I got out of a magazine a few months ago made with salsa verde, but I will probably use regular salsa or pineapple, mango I canned a couple of years ago.

Going to a steakhouse in Syosset NY called Rare 650. I plan on having filet mignon and a lobster tail, ceasar salad and maybe creamed spinach. My birthday was last Wednesday so we are going for my birthday with my mom.

It's a soggy, gray day. I wanted some comfort food so tonight I'm making a pot of pinto beans, smoked sausage, and corn bread from scratch. Plain and simple, but good.

Italian sausage, onions and peppers with red potatos cooked up in the crock pot. Great comfort food on a cold, snowy day - YUMMM!
