I love crab cakes, I have a good recipe and it uses real crab meat. Latley I have found that lump crab meat is very expensive. On LI were I am the seafood place I go to it's 25.00 for a 1 lb of lump crab meat
Lump crab meat sauteed in butter and olive oil, capellini, roasted onion, grated parmesian and cayenne pepper.
