Scrambled some eggs, browned some chicken sausage, and used both, along with a sprinkle of shredded cheese and some good, hearty bread to make breakfast panninis. Tasty spin on breakfast for dinner.

Pimento Cheese w/ toasts and celery
Catfish Goujonettes
Pickle Assortment

Brunswick Stew w/ lima beans, corn and tomato
Iceberg Lettuce topped w/ Hot Sopressata, Hot Cappicola, Salame de Prosciutto; Prosciutto Ham, fresh mozzarella and just a bit of hot giardinera.

Fried Chicken w/ cream gravy & biscuits
Shrimp & Grits w/ bacon and mushrooms
Mini Pulled Pork and Smoked Brisket Sandwiches

Mashed Potatoes w/ gravy
Black Eyed Peas
Baked Mac & Cheese
Cole Slaw
Collard Greens
Sweet Potato
Fried Green Tomatoes

Red Velvet Cake
Peach Cobbler
Pecan Pie
Banana Pudding



And yes, there was too much fat and much too much food ...
and every pit of it was excellent.
