it's Ash WEd and like a fool I agreed to do Alter Guild, so we will be having the Lent light dinner at church, probably sandwhiches and chips: me and my big mouth.
Chicken picatta, basmati rice, broccoli florets. I revamped the recipe making it lower in fat by not using as much butter and oil and the traditional recipe calls for.
Fat tuesday =
Pierogies w/ red & sweet onions in butter, steamed asparagus & meatball w/ gravy
Tonight...
Tuna fish casserole or Spaghetti w/ sausage in red sauce or maybe alfredo??? Hmmm... too early yet to think...
