Sorry, but your steak looks overcooked and those green beans look nasty. What kind of fish is that? It's hard to tell.
Why thank you for the critique! I don't recall asking! Steak was not bad for a seafood diner! The fish was quite good as always. Spicy green beans were great! Let's see yours....so i can tell you how i feel...
I have always wanted to try and cook brisket. How was it, and how did she do it?
Well hers wasn't very good. She really is a novice at cooking and is just starting to give it a try. Needed cooking far more time and should have been wrapped in foil. My wife does the brisket for us. We use a very good local brisket rub and cook it wrapped in foil in the oven. Comes out perfect every time. Great flavor and fall apart tender. It couldn't be better if done on the pit. Sometimes we'll place on the pit for a short time with the foil open to get some smoke. It's easy really! You can order the rub. Locals stores carry it, even Wally's it's a local spice company that serves most of Texas I think.
