I promise it's just as good, actually better than our most popular BBQ restaurants brisket. Just trim some of the fat and sprinkle rub on liberally and wrap in foil and throw in the oven 350 probably for fast cooking but Wife probably cooks in at lower temp. Maybe 3 hours or so cooking time max. Maybe 275... We never season and let sit overnight.
tonight I will be cooking "skillet pork chops with potato and onion" *....altho I plan to finish it off in the oven. The recipe looks good with some unexpected ingredients.
