On my wife's request I am making pizza tonight and that will be it (also because I make it from scratch, so it's about 50 minutes total). As usual I use whatever I have for toppings and tonight it's Virginia Ham, black olives and I still have some capers, might throw them in as well. I use real mozzarella,and I like to add a litlle olive oil and fresh parmigiano at the end.
My 25 year old son is over and for the first time ever he is cooking dinner for us, chicken noodle casserole.
