Dinner tonight was my version of cashew chicken in a spicy kung pao sauce, rice cooked in chicken broth with chicken flavor booster, and buttered corn.
We had our Easter meal as a between lunch and dinner kind of meal. We had a spiral-cut glazed ham, hard rolls, corn, a broccoli, cheese, & rice casserole, and streusel-topped apple pie (well, the pie's still cooling, to be eaten shortly with coffee).
Greek Salad with Feta Cheese and Dolmades
Spit Roasted Baby Lamb, served with a lemon mustard sauce
Salmon filet stuffed with feta and spinach
Patates lemonates
Briami - Greek mixed vegetables
Fasolakia - Greek green beans
Chocolate Flogera - Rolled Baklava (All made with walnuts, almonds and cinnamon inside), topped with chocolate

Tonight was at my mom's place, and we had Honey-Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, iced tea, coffee, and cheesecake (with a hint of lemon zest) for dessert.
