Im going ot pull a pork roast out of the freezer for tonights supper. There will be plenty for all!

I think that I'll just make some pasta (bow ties), toss in a ton of sauteed mushrooms and garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and throw on some parmesan.

There's some roasted cauliflower left from the other night, so we'll nibble on that too.

Tonight, clueless. Wednesday, clueless, the sequel.

SIL and BIL are rolling in on the way north on Thursday, so I'm wondering what to make since I'll be at work all day. I'm thinking stuffed pork chops, which I can get ready the night before, applesauce, a salad and a veg...maybe fresh green beans.

Penne pasta with, fresh sliced mushrooms, vidalia onions, some rainbow salad mixed in and tossed with an asian garlic sauce that I buy in the bottle. I buy this rainbow salad and make stir frys with it and even toss it it with mixed salad greens. Tonight I will saute this with the onions and mushrooms and add to my penne pasta.
