For me: Small sirloin steak w/sauteed mushrooms and spinach souffle.
Son: Leftover chicken parm, pasta, and green beans.
Hubby: The usual canned medical formula.
We saw the swallowing expert at MD Anderson today. She says that it is not surprising he can't swallow after two rounds of radiation treatment to that area. We are going back for a barium swallowing test in 10 days. Maybe they can get him to where he can eat and enjoy food again.
Hubby had chinese (Chicken chow mei fun and an egg roll) I ended up having 2 slices of pizza, onw with eggplant and the other with BBQ chicken. Not really a low calorie meal for me but I had a craving.
Bar-Be-Que Brisket with baked beans and a slice of butterfinger chocolate cake.
