Last night we went out for a steak dinner, all 3 of us had filet Mignon medium, lobster mac and cheese, potato croquettes. I had a ceasar salad as my appertizer and hubby had a grilled scallop appetizer. we took my 17 year old neice with us. The side dishes are served family style so we shared and even took home leftovers.

For me: Black bean burger and some Barilla cheese tortellini (the only cheese tortellini that I'll eat).

For my husband who's working late: I'll make some chicken enchiladas for him. I have no enchilada sauce, so I'll use some salsa instead. It *should* work. I hope so!
