Roasted potato strips, marinated steak, garlic bread, bearnaise sauce and vegitables, and a nice Italian wine.

Making Italian "garden" Pasta...

Pasta tossed in EVO, Garlic, Oregano & red pepper flakes...
tossed w/ sauted tomato (no spinach, subbing w/ zucchini) & olives...
served w/ grilled sausage filled with natural mozzarella cheese, roasted garlic and basil...

Good dinner before "survivor" night.

We just got, for the first time, some smoked paprika, so I'm dying to try it. So tonight I'll broil some cod rubbed with olive oil and the smoked paprika. I'm also making potatoes and if it wasn't overkill -- and if I truly knew how much smoked paprika is TOO much smoked paprika -- I'd use it on them, too.

I WANT to have the chicken pot pie and biscuits from my new cookbook, but I know I won't want to make it after I get home, so I'll probably just saute some boneless chicken breasts, gravy, mashed potatoes and a veg. I'm in a rut.

granddaughter called and asked me how to deep fry chicken fingers and that made me decide to have them for dinner. We will have chicken fingers, roasted potatoes and bean salad.

I'm tilling the second of my two large gardens, and hoping to put the potatoes in, so it will be hamburgers or starvation.
