Grrr.... can't rep you again yet. You know what? I've not had ANY food on a grill for far too many years! I told my customers who said they were grilling that I would pay them $20 to bring me a charcoal-grilled burger. They laughed. I was serious.

Baked Spaghetti. I layer it like lasagna with diced tomatos, mushrooms and motzerella cheese, then I pour cream of mushroom soup over the whole thing and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

I'm trying to force thaw some shrimp so I can make a variation on the dijon horseradish shrimp that Dawn and I love. I added more ingredients to the sauce (like garlic paste and cayenne paste and mixed the lemon juice with pom vinegar), and I'm boiling up some ginger slices along with the lemon to flavor the shrimp cooking water.

Will do the green beans in there too, then drain and temporarily cool shrimp and beans while I saute up: 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 3 green onion, and a package of mushrooms in a little buttah. When it looks right, I'll add the shrimp and green beans in and toss until warm.

I want some carbs with this but I've been a bad, bad, girl today.

I guess one more capt and diet can't hurt.

Smooches, sister!

PS. My dinner got ruined. Well, not physically -- just psychologically. Jeremy called me while I was starting to put it all together and said, "Uh, you have to come pick me up from the office. Someone stole the passenger side tires and wheels off of my car." Totally bizarre. I should have been making dinner instead of watching him fill out a police report in the parking lot.
