Thanks B4U and DandJ for your condolences. We ARE going to get together anyway. We're going to a waterfront bar/restaurant and watch the OTHER boats go by.

it made getting home at 11:30 a little less miserable.

If I had to gues, I would say that the pork is a pork tenderloin roulade, that the potatoes are roasted potatoes, and that the green beans are sauteed green beans.
Looks yummy!

I am so sorry! I know what a bummer that must be!

We just got back from 6 days in Santa Fe, where I think we tried to eat ourselves into food commas. I've got some boneless butterflied pork chops thawing out, but I have no idea what else I will cook. I'll probably make a big salad, but beyond that, I don't know. Absolutely nothing sounds good.

Oh well, spell check can't catch a typo if the typo is still a word!

Take Apple Cider Vinegar. It greatly helps allergy sufferers. Especially if you take it at the first signs of allergies or sinus infections. It stops the histamine reaction and the allergies in their tracks.

You can take the Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) one of two ways. Put 1/8th of a cup of ACV in 16oz of water and sip it throughout the day or just guzzle it all at once. It's up to you.

Sometimes you just have to take this dosage once to stop the allergy. Sometimes two or three times a day. If you take it at the onset of your allergy attack, it can alleviate the attack completely in just 1-3 hours. If you've been experiencing the attack for a day or more, the symptoms will go away in about 24 hours. Naturally. No chemicals. And ACV is very good for you. There's also evidence that it repairs the immune system over time. I take a version of ACV called Four Thieves Vinegar and I haven't gotten sick in a very long time.

NOTE: ALWAYS dilute ACV when you drink it. It's too strong to drink straight.

ACV is just one ingredient people use to ease/rid their allergy attacks. Honey works for many people and so does turmeric. Turmeric is VERY good your body and fights against the onset of Alzheimer's like no one's business!
Thanks for the info!! I tried to rep you, but have to spread it around first
