So, the burgers I made earlier were Morningstar brand meatless.....didnt tell DH beforehand, as I am trying to get him off eating so much meat, saturated fat, etc.......to my amazement, he really, really, really liked the burgers.

Dh made us clams over Linguini....it hit the spot especially with the tooth problems right now. Tuesday hopefully I will get some idea as to what I am facing--for dental work and the cost!!

Tonight was Stouffer's meat loaf (with a rich brown gravy) and sweet green peas.

A 2-rib herb crusted standing rib roast with roasted baby red and Yukon gold taters and some steamed broccoli.

Chicken Corn Chowder and 1/2 a baked acorn squash with a little butter and black pepper

Made velveeta cheesy shells with broccoli, corn and with a can of tuna all mixed together. Was surprisingly not bad
