LOL to the last 2 post. I thought about bbq pulled pork but I didn't want the fuss. Then I thought salmon but I don't want to go to the store to pick out a good steak.
So I decided on fried catfish nuggets, leftover potato salad, and cole slaw. I'm also making an old tater sauce recipe that I haven't made in years.

We are making up a big pot of oyster stew.
Making the stew tonight with pots & onions>>> for a little more substance/stick (to the old ribs).
Tonight we are having marinated thick cut pork chops on the grill, baked potatoes, fresh corn on the cob, slaw, and I am making a fresh homemade rhubarb (picked it yesterday!!) strawberry pie, with vanilla ice cream, of course.

Leftovers tonight...I have some fajitas from last night and ribs/macaroni salad from the night before. I think I'm going to make some French Onion Stuffed Mushrooms as well.
Most likely something easy like spaghetti. I'm debating making an angel food cake from scratch today. I've never made one before and have been wanting to try it.
Ate a late lunch at the Pharmacy Burger Parlor and Beer Garden. Burgers were pretty good! Went to Farmers Market next, so if we eat supper it will be a salad.
Grilling tonight: burgers, sweet potatoes, asparagus. Mini strawberry/blueberry shortcakes for dessert.
