We did have the scalloped potatoes and ham, but I added sherry wine to the white sause and added a little sour cream; boy was it good. I could have eaten the entire cassarole. I hope, next time I make it I remember what I did.

I made a new recipe mac & cheese today it was not good. Hate trying new recipes that fail & waste ingredients I know would have tasted better in my version. So we had pizza subs for supper.

Finished up the last of the chicken with broccoli with a small side of steamed rice. Also had orange slices to go with it.

I took some turkey filets, wrapped in bacon out of the freezer, so guess the George Foreman will be used tonight, along with some baked squash and a green salad. I might give hubby a little mac and cheese I have to be very good, only 3 more weeks til my annual doctors appointment. She asked me last year if I thought I could lose 10 lbs this year: I told her I know I can, but will I? That is the 64,000.00 question? No, I did not, but I would like to show her I made some effort....
