Looooove me some Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes!

As for today's grub, I just had some Tyson BBQ hot wings with white rice along with a cold bottle of Mike's lemonade. Just keeping it lite while watching the MLB playoffs. But it's just not the same without my boys, the Red Sox . But it's alright since the Yanks ain't in the playoffs either .

I went to the bank to get some cash today so I could eat more than just rice! They felt bad that my card had been delayed and said that since I was in good humor about the whole thing, and they felt bad for my situation, that they let me share in the employee goodies from their morning stash!

Whatever is on the menu at our local watering-hole/bistro. Not as good as what I cook (said very humbly and modestly) but I'm not motivated to cook on Fridays. If I was, we might have Jambalaya, or Osso Bucco.

Getting hungry now and it's still an over an hour before lunch.

Tonight we tried one of the new Velveeta skillet casserole mixes (like hamburger helper) with chicken. I was not impressed. First, the box said pasta, but inside the pouch was rice. Second, it was just bland. I doubt we will try it again.

Freezer clean-outs. I'm now without a roommate to help me eat my much-loved cooking, and I've accumulated three shelves, of a stand-up freezer, of leftover stir-fries, spaghetti sauce, chili, you name it!

But, meantime, I'll be accumulating some recipes to try 2-3 weeks from now!

I may not be able to wait that long!!!
