We are taking our DD and SIL out for a Mexican dinner. We have a coupon from one of those on line restaurant coupon places. It is a local place and we have been there before, so we know what to expect. For reg price I would rate is par at best, but for what we will pay it isn't bad and the serviings are so big we always have enough left for lunch.

DD has been asking for chicken stew and cornbread, so I plan to dig out an old recipe from her grandmother and give it a try.
We like spicy food so I will probably spice up her recipe; I always make adjustments to recipes
