I am finally making the bell peppers I have been promising to make for weeks. It is still really hot, but I will just have to survive the hot kitchen. With the stuffed peppers I am making roasted squash and maybe some baby carrots.

Tonight's dinner (and lunch):

San Pellegrino water with a pedialyte chaser.

==============================================

After a 14 hour day yesterday, I decided to head to a restaurant for dinner. Chicken nachos. They did not taste right. I should have sent them back. But it was already late and I had to get in at 6 am this morning. I ended up at the "doc in the box" worshiping the porcelain goddess.

24 hours of a liquid diet.
