just started a cream of veggie soup in the crock pot. I am taking all the little pieces of vegetables left in the veggie drawer and combining them, using some pork stock and some chicken stock from the freezer. So far I have cauliflower, corn, a little broccoli, and will add a few ends of squash this afternoon. I need to get rid of all the pieces of vegetables before I leave for Ca. Hubby will be here, without me and would just let them spoil...he loves soup, this way there will be plenty for him to have soup one night while I am gone. He will have left over Chick and noodles one night and left over Spaghetti one night. This will leave him just Sunday night to worry about...
