Had dinner at my youngest son's house (he was at work) with my daughter in law and the two girls. We had broccoli and shells, oven baked chicken and baked breadsticks (that we let get a little over done). I brought home a container of broccoli and shells.

Last night grilled flat iron steak with big salad.

Semi-homemade Chicken Pot pie (single crust, leftover chicken and various veggies) and a small tossed salad. 2 scoop Ice cream cones for dessert.

I had some lemon pepper flavored panko crumbs and used it to coat some fish and pan fry. We had that with mac and cheese and steamed broccoli.

Made a Parmesian chicken breast baked, with a really good wild rice stuffed acorn squash...white wine..and left overs now..
That chicken breast receipe and the baked squash I got on line......both really excellent..
