I will do better tomorrow. Had a class, etc. and forgot that the bbq I wanted would be closed. Takeout burger but I didn't get cheese -- just onions, ketchup and lettuce.

I wish everyone could get Publix chicken. It is super good.

I guess I still had some leftover tri-tip roast (after doing some digging in the fridge), so I had that along with mini roasted potatoes with gravy and some pear slices.

African Chicken/Rice Casserole w/green beans, head of cabbage thrown in, ham, onions, cinnamon, and red chinese chili paste! Awesomely delicious!

And Mexican Chicken baked with a sauce of orange juice, can of crushed pineapple, raisins, cinnamon, sherry, rum, cloves and slivered almonds! Can't resist trying a fruity chicken dish! Excellent!

Will be having roast beef sandwiches on a toasted roll with melted butter and garlic with a slice of melted mozzarella cheese and grilled/carmelized onions and salad.
