Tonight, we will be forced to return to the tuna & mac meal plan. Oy vey!
Not that it isn't good, but my mood calls for something more substantial and delectable!

Everyone's dinner sounds wonderful for tonight. Last night we had what HW is having tonight without the World Series.

Yesterday, I bought 1" 1/2 Center Cut Boneless Organic Pork Chops. I have them baking in the oven now, breaded with Parm. cheese, breadcrumb mixture topped with Italian Proscuitto, onions & garlic. Stuffing and baby peas.

My husband is making chicken w/ sauce on top, like chicken parm I guess, w/ cheese over the sauce and a little bit of side of spaghetti. I put my order in this morning for it. Ha.

Aww ... we're having a taco salad. Kinda combines the two, but homemade.
