barbequed Chicken thighs for hubby, Grilled hamburger for me and a tossed salad with green olives, black olives, viadial onions, fresh chopped dill, croutons, shredded white cheddar, red wine vinegar and oil dressing for both us of us. make a huge one so there is left overs for 2 days.
I made marinated and grilled beef kabobs with zuchinni, mushrooms and sweet onions, served over medium grain rice made with chicken broth... yummmmmy!
