I am also making potato pancakes to go with my leftovers, this recipe is actually made using both potatoes and zucchini, also some onion. I'll let you know how they turned out.

It's palomilla steak to be accurate. But you coat the steak with some eggs and flour, dip it in breading and fry it for a few minutes in your skillet pan with butter in it. Squeeze some key lime juice on it and it's set!
