it probably would be fun to read and make for good debates. I usually don't trust too many of these authors, but we all know some myths are exactly that: the screaming Lobster, I think I knew that years ago; the lettuce not turning brown: I would argue that one, I just had it happen a few months ago when I had to take a salad to a luncheon: luckily I discovered it before I left. The mushrroom issue, I saw that on the food network just last week.
