So Monday night I made shake n bake chicken thighs in my toaster oven (YUM) and I realized this morning I had left one in there. I wanted to use it to make chicken salad. Do you think the chicken is still good being so it was fully cooked and inside my toaster oven but not being kept cold or should I throw it out?? TIA

Almost 2 days!!!
When in doubt-throw it out.

The cost of chicken thighs vs cost of medical bills = You decide.

Look at it, smell it and try a little piece. If you cooked it right, then it should be still good.
But that's me. I am to savvy to threw something ( maybe still edible ) away

Toss it. Would not even feed it to a dog or cat.
